Zaheer Khan is the spearhead of Indian bowling attack in recent times. He has evolved as a reliable option for captain in times when break throughs are needed. He started his career in in the year 2000 with an ODI against Kenya in ICC Champions Trophy. He was selected in 2000 for the first intake of the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore. Zaheer Khan is rated in the class fo Wasim Akram & Waqar Younis and he can swin the ball both ways.
